Material:

DyneemaŽ super strong polyethylene fibers is based on DSM's gel spinning process. The technique, developed and patented by DSM, produces the world's strongest fiber: 15 times stronger than steel and 40% stronger than aramids.

4 layers of Dyneema 0°, 90 ° plus 2 layers of polyethylene film (7 ľm) &2 layers of polyethyleen film (7 ľm) .

Besides the high specific strength (strength per unit weight), DYNEEMA® also has:

· high specific modulus,

· low elongation to break,

· low density (less than 1, so it floats on water),

· high resistance to abrasion, moisture, UV-radiation and chemicals,

· high energy absorption,

· excellent stab resistant properties.

Style:
A number of our styles are specially designed to be worn unnoticed under the clothing. The stab and bullet resistant vests offer a lot of movement freedom and fit very comfortably, whereby the bullet resistant properties have remained (indent trauma approx. 20 mm). Above all the vests are very light, from 1.6 kilo, depending on the level of protection and the size. Our different types of vests, offer the maximum of protection to your upper body because of the large area that we protect.

Our vests can be made to measure, if so desired, and are available in a number of different colors. Female models are also available. We pay a lot of attention to the outer garment of the vest. This is made of high value hardwearing textile that can breathe and can be washed at 40°C.

Supplies:

Anti-trauma plates, for the protection of the hart and spine area. These are manufactured from DyneemaŽHB fibre, they are light, thin and flexible and are supplied as standard with a protective carrier bag. We offer an excellent after-sales service.

Guarantee:

Madrisa offers 10 Year factory guarantee on the ballistic properties and 18 months on the garment.
