This vest is made of Twaron that with its very specific properties
in combination with special additions offers a high level of protection
against blades, spikes and needles.
As the vest’s cover has a “Heat & Sweat Control
System”, it is still comfortable to wear, even after a longer
period.
This vest is approximately 6/8 mm thick and has an average weight
of 2,1 kilo.
According to the KR2 test (dated 14th April 2004) this vests offers
protection against blade stabs with a force between 33 and 50 joules
and according to SP2 (dated 28th June 2005) against spikes with
a force of 33 joules.
The manufacturer gives 2 years guarantee on the cover and 10 years
on the stab resistant material, providing it has been maintained
and stored in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
The cover is available in the colours: black, white and blue.
